Cross-border remittance UK ↔ Africa. We ran Core Product Value → PLG → Retention sequentially. Activation jumped 43% → 80% after the KYC redesign. The retention agent then diagnosed the cohort-breakage point and re-engineered the activation-to-second-transaction flow — moving the curve from 1% to 22% and unlocking a 3× valuation in 12 months.

B2B marketplace connecting African manufacturers to international buyers. Growth had stalled. The Customer Value agent diagnosed that the true driver wasn’t the manufacturer side — it was a specific segment of international buyers nobody had named or pursued at scale. We built the acquisition strategy and channel architecture to scale into that segment. Result: $20M GMV in 12 months.
